Delete your account

You can delete your Nuky account and permanently erase all your data at any time. Here's how.

1. In the app (fastest)

1. Open Nuky and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap “Delete my account”.
4. Confirm twice — this is irreversible.

That's it — your data is removed immediately from active systems, and may remain temporarily in backups and legally required records.

2. By email

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to privacidade@nuky.com.br from the email registered on your account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes your account and all associated data: routines, tasks, focus sessions, mood check-ins, reminders, achievements, and your profile information. It can't be undone.

Any records strictly necessary to meet legal obligations or prevent fraud may be kept only for the period required by law and then deleted — and are never used for any other purpose.

Delete only some of your data

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete tasks, reminders, and other items individually whenever you want — your account stays active. And if you prefer, you can request deletion of specific data by emailing privacidade@nuky.com.br.
